This Beautiful Puffed Heart Pendant is set in 7.5 gms of solid 925 Sterling Silver. The Backing is not the usual hollow frame but instead is a fancy filigree done beautifully to allow the piece to lie flat against the chest but to also allow light to enter from all sides giving the Gemstones their highlights and contrast. A Total of 57 Genuine Imported Natural Emeralds weigh in at 7.0 full carats (ctw). The Setting is strong and there are NO Loose Stones. The Heart measures 22mm wide x 19mm high x 9mm deep. The Bail alone measures 5mm widest point and 10mm long. The chain provided is 16 inches in length. A variation of fancy chains or leather etc would be fabulous as well.
